Refund/Return Policy For Direct Purchases

For purchases of equipment and non-consumable supplies, returns are accepted within 90 days of purchase. Consumable supplies may be returned within 90 days of purchase if unused and unopened or defective. After 90 days, but within 1 year, returns will be accepted on any defective items. If there is an upgrade of equipment, unused, unopened consumable supplies may be eligible for credit. No returns are accepted on custom-designed equipment or accessories. Please contact service@TMCCompco.com or TMC Compco at (856) 768-3516 directly for information regarding upgrade credits or to arrange for a return authorization. All refunds for any supplies or equipment purchased using a credit card will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase. This credit will be posted within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise. THE RETURN POLICY FOR EQUIPMENT, POSTAGE METERS AND/OR SOFTWARE PURCHASED, RENTED, LEASED OR LICENSED THROUGH TMC COMPO SALES IS SET FORTH IN YOUR APPLICABLE PURCHASE, LICENSE, LEASE AND/OR RENTAL AGREEMENT.

Shipping and Handling

We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: United States Postal Priority Service, UPS Ground and UPS Standard Overnight services. Sorry but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please be assured that your items will ship out within two days of purchase when in stock. Should an item not be in stock we will notify you via email with the expected date of shipment.

Standard shipping and handling charges are based on the total price of merchandise shipped to each delivery address within the 48 contiguous states. Standard Ground Service requires 7-10 business days.

Add $6.99 for each delivery address to upgrade to Express Service. This service applies to orders of in-stock merchandise under 20 lbs. for delivery in the contiguous U.S. Call 1-856-768-3516 for rates on expedited orders over 20 lbs.

TMC Compco only ships within the United States and Canada. Orders to Hawaii or Alaska may incur additional charges. On certain orders to Canada, shipping may be more and a representative will contact you before processing your order. At that point you can determine if you want to pay the freight charges or cancel your order. We reserve the right to bill you for shipping charges on refused shipments. We reserve the right to bill you for incorrect delivery addresses, typos caused by you when your order was placed and requests to forward shipments to another address. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
